Choose Your Word: Pick one of the transformative words from the episode — yet, for, get, and, still — and use it intentionally in your conversations, journaling, or inner dialogue for the next three days. Bonus: Share it with a friend or client and notice the energy shift.

Word Audit: For 24 hours, notice the words you use, especially in moments of stress or challenge. Pay attention to where you say “should,” “can’t,” or “but” and start to replace them with more empowering alternatives. Write them down. Awareness is the first step.

Journal Prompt: Reflect on the following:

  • "What changes when I shift the way I speak to myself?"
  • "What’s one phrase I’m ready to retire, and what will I replace it with?"

Phone Magic: Change your phone lock screen to a reminder of your chosen word. Ideas:

  • “I Trust the Timing”

Let your phone reflect the frequency you’re choosing.

Practice Out Loud: Say your empowering phrase out loud, letting your body and nervous system feel the shift. Try these examples:

  • “I feel overwhelmed… AND I’m still showing up.” |
  • “I’m not there… YET.”
  • “This moment is here FOR me.”
  • Your voice is a tuning fork — use it to recalibrate your energy.
